At 11:00, we celebrate the Intronisation Ceremony for new members and promotions, followed at 12:00 by a Chant d’Éole garden reception and a five-course gastronomic lunch. This tradition was initiated by our Conseiller Culinaire Jean-Baptiste Thomaes and is now organised by Maître Rôtisseur Martin Simonnard, the young creative chef of Château du Mylord. The competition starts early in the morning, when our young talents will demonstrate their skills, creativity and discipline in a professional setting.
